At Nexora Trading, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return the unused item within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request has been approved. Please do not send items back to the address shown on the original package.
